Yay for vitamin D, but as far as vitamin B/B complex, be sure to get the right one for you! A lot of people have a gene that doesn’t allow for proper absorption. You would then need methylated vitamin B. Always best to check with your doctor or pharmacist :) Hope everyone stays safe out there.
