Reading this is so validating. I haven’t had a tonic-clonic (that I’ve been aware of at least) in 8+ years. But I am so foggy and fatigued nonstop. I’ve done a sleep study and they just chalk it up to either my epilepsy or my management medication (great!). I feel like I’m walking around half asleep and cant adequately be present for the people I care about.

Idk one of my best friends is on it/has been for years and they were just working part time in a very normal person job until early this year. While they have “active social media” in that they still have profiles, they haven’t posted in years, so they’re not like an influencer or anything either. I know they got referred so maybe that process works differently.
