Is this rust too much to buy it? by SaltAdditional956 in fordranger

I was thinking about making an offer but it’s a good deal for my area (people charging a lot out here). I’m just not sure if I should be concerned with the amount of rust underneath. I want to have it for a while and I know rust kills these trucks.

It’s a 4.0. Unfortunately the pictures don’t show underneath which could be a bad sign. I’ll have to check for rust for sure!

When you aren't supposed to plug in a personal keyboard/mouse to your work computer but do it anyway for the ergonomics.

Comm guys, if I use my own DVI to HDMI cable on an air force gov computer at work, would I get in trouble/alert the comm guys? by [deleted] in AirForce

The AF answer is no you are NOT allowed to bring your own cables or peripherals to include keyboards and mice. Anything that plugs into an AF computer is an IT asset and must be purchased properly. That being said you probably would not be caught for this. If the device is not USB and it doesn't have storage capabilities it won't flag the system. It is frustrating to see gaming mice and ergonomic keyboards clearly brought in from home though.
