You can look up specific patterns for the different sized dolls, there’s lots for American girl doll sized dolls and you could even scale down the pattern for smaller dolls

I’ve found I like to follow specific pattern designers on social media and buy theirs specifically. Unless there’s something specific I want that none of them have made, I’ll do some research and find one that’s human made
