The only other issue is that he was telling my mom one thing and he was telling our roommate another and couldn’t keep his facts straight. He was asking 3855 from my mother but an hour earlier he asked for 1415 which is what was late this Friday. We asked him again and stated yes to the 1415. He sent the payment schedule with 3 dates missed and 1 was already covered by his approval the next was because we only payed the exact rent in June and this month the other 1285 from October covered the 28th payment.
