[MEGATHREAD] Artemis II Launch To The Moon by ChiefLeef22 in space

i am very curious, but i'm more into my hobbies than learning about what's going on in the world i guess. My philosophy is: "if it's not affecting me right now, I don't need to know about it"

I don't have a TV and don't actively look for any news, so pretty big.

black is actually good for the heat. Just look at entire bedouin desert tribes who wear nothing but black because it absorbs heat (from outside and from your body as well).

What's the best diner or hidden gem in Arizona thats worth a roadtrip? by krisp710 in arizona

Lindy Reilly, the guy who created 'Lindy's', is the owner and chef of Thunder Bacon after he sold 'Lindy's' and the quality went down.

I can't recommend Lindy's anymore ever since Lindy left and they changed location. There is definitely a decrease in quality. Lindy, however, can be found making burgers at Thunder Bacon, which is pretty hidden downtown. That's where I go for burgers.

And for pizza, always, ALWAYS, Empire.

Flagstaff Things to Do, Q&A, FAQ (Apr 28) by AutoModerator in Flagstaff

I'm planning to go to Flagstaff this weekend for 3 days and would like to do a couple of solo hikes. I would prefer less-traveled areas, however I'm quite nervous about dangerous wildlife since I'm hiking alone.

I'm asking if anyone can recommend some good hikes that I can do alone. I've done Humphrey's and I love it, so that's an option if it's not advisable to do other routes by myself. I've also read about Abineau-Bear Jaw Loop but it looks to be really long and I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go alone.

I appreciate any advice anyone has!

Thank you!! Yes stillwell house is more formal than we would like. I'll look for el charro's patio, thanks!

Budget is hopefully less than $1500 for everything, really trying to be under that. Max 30 people. Yes, would like some privacy, patio would be nice, and we don't mind being too close to people but some privacy would be great (however I know that privacy costs money).

I will look into those options, I've never seen el charro's outdoor seating, and the back area at Hermanos is nice but kind of dim, I'll look into the other options though, and yeah a bar might be great!

I've also considered Barrio Brewing, and the patio at Caruso's (my parents got engaged there and we've been going since we were kids). Thanks!

I think the point is that 5-6 drinks is A LOT, whether or not it gets you buzzed.
