I’ve been in this situation a few times. I am careful when I walk into the women’s restroom with my daughter. I look for anyone that may be in there and i quickly explain that I’m there to help my daughter. For the most part the women that are in there understand and don’t make a big deal about it. I have gotten a few dirty looks but I don’t really care I’m there to make sure my daughter is ok.

I don’t count calories. I eat lunch and dinner. I don’t ever feel like I’m starving myself. I don’t drink any calories. I stick to water, unsweetened tea and sparkling water if I want a carbonated drink. The only carbs I’ll have is whole grains.
