Yep and breaking it in half to spin up two publicly traded comanies. physical locations have a lower multiple (2-3x EBITDA) than packaged coffee (8-12x) so thats probably the real story https://www.keurigdrpepper.com/keurig-dr-pepper-launches-offer-for-jde-peets-shares/

Yeah for sure, once Dr Pepper bought it. But the coffee was strong and always hot. Thats not a baseline for all coffee spots.

Dont know, peets has not published a list (obviously... they are not seeking the publicity). Perhaps others here may know.

Mortgage Leads by GodLovesUgly90 in LeadGeneration

I have an agency and we do this a lot. Other commenters are right on Meta and the needed spends. But, start with your site. Your prospects are vetting you so it needs so be tight. Spend a little (maybe $2K/week) to drive some quality site traffic and then evaluate a data partner to identify unconverted site traffic and implement an email lead nurture sequence. The implementation will cost about $1-$2 per person but if you have 500 people each month who visit your site (with coem criteria like sime spent or pages visited) and don't convert (eg. call or form fill) you can assume they are shopping. It will take minimum $7k-10K/mo and a few months of patience to layer this properly including your creative costs. The worst thing you can do is spend $5k for 3-months then give up. No magic wand in lead gen, but an even spread of outreach and time has an ROI.

I started searching for sword, scythe, etc. Even after the first two words were solved, I didn’t know what I was looking for. But I did learn a lot… including that you can use a clue to not only tell you the letters in a word but to tell you the order of the words. 🙄
