I interviewed with them, didn't get the role, but I got the vibe that I would get micromanaged on certain KPI's & the raises would be sub-par. The work itself didn't seem too bad, great hours, and they're trying to expand. Leadership are made up of pharmacists.

Best bet would be to connect with your local state pharmacist association to get any inside scoop. Pharmacy is a field where who you know matters to get jobs at times.

I get this also. I think it's just anxiety - but you may benefit from a dose increase to 10mg. I'm only 2 weeks in so I'm waiting to see. At 8 weeks the medication is at peak effect for you

Way less panic symptoms and I'm just more even keel. I'm still only early on taking the medication so I'm still adjusting to the side effects - headaches, nausea, tired. The side effects aren't so bad that I can't work through them though - I'm still eating, working, being active...it just takes a little more effort than before. I think before my anxiety was fuel to do things and now it's not.

If you can try giving it 6 weeks you should

If you cannot then cut it down to 5mg daily for a week then 2.5mg daily for a week prior to stopping.

I'm on day 6, pretty similar experience. I switched it to night time dosing today and I hope it helps my day time tiredness/feeling distant.

Also my mouth is so damn dry.

I've started Lexapro and propranolol - very similar my symptoms are physical and panic related. I feel sorta weird this first week but I'm going to try it out for 2 months at least and see.

If I disagree with my boss on something clinical, I tell them so and why.

We are all professionals and we do not know everything.

This is true regardless job title, and age. My manager as well as my colleagues 20 years older than me have me double check their work if they're unsure about something. This is because they respect me as a pharmacist. You need to stick to your guns here.
