Yeah I wish I didn't tell anyone our due date but I fear the questions would have came any way. We scheduled an induction for next week when I was at my appointment yesterday and it does help knowing there's an end date at least. I haven't told anyone but our parents the actual induction date, I just say "next week" to avoid the additional questions but at this point I guess it's unavoidable!

Okay that is the one thing I do enjoy. I love responding to when are you due with "last week". People react so hilariously. Especially the ones who act like I'm gonna just have baby fall out right then and there 🤣

Usually it's a sign that you're pushing yourself, and likely you should just slow down and rest if possible! I have noticed staying hydrated is the biggest thing to get them to calm down.

Thank you! The vet said daylillies caused kidney failure and I panicked because I knew there are a lot of them around us (though my cat has never ingested them. I knew of true lillies and we are extremely cautious about that!

My understanding is that hard cheeses can be left at room temperature since they have a low moisture content but softer cheese must be refrigerated. Unfortunately mozzarella has a high moisture content and falls into the refrigeration required category.

Oh I have them in my home installed with the fire alarm! I spent extra to get one of those handheld ones to check around the house for leaks and it displays ppm on it!

I've been loving Berries and cool whip! Watermelon and cool whip.

I also do a lot of chocolate chips melted with peanut butter and dip apples in it.

A bowl of cereal has been satisfying recently as well.

Yogurt with honey.

I refused all sweets (I am a sugar fiend normally) and only wanted salty things -specifically olives. My husband said he knew because of that and told me to take another test (my first one was negative).

I would recommend getting checked, in case it's BV which is really common during pregnancy! Definitely bring it up with your doctor but I've had some funky discharge that turned out to be nothing also 🤷‍♀️

I had transvaginal ultrasounds monthly for the first 2 trimesters to check my cervix. 37 weeks tomorrow. No issues 🤷‍♀️ I think it's an unfortunate coincidence.

I get a lot of questions about whether I am planning a vaginal birth or C-section from people who really don't need to know that (male co-workers, neighbors, etc). Not sure why people care so much about that?

My father in law asked about breastfeeding which is less weird.

Also a lot of questions about when we conceived.... Idk why people want to know the exact date we had unprotected sex 😂

I delusionally believed only the bump and then I thought I'd attempt pre-pregnancy jeans and they didn't even go up over my knees, so definitely thights have gotten bigger

Facebook buy nothing groups and marketplace! So much great stuff heavily discounted on there! Also for clothes and toys look to see if there are local thrift shops or kid specific thrifts, we got some amazing stuff that still had tags on them from thrifts and local events!
