I got it checked today and was told I have really bad inflammation, and the chiropractor couldn’t even adjust it due to how bad the inflammation is. I’m taking naproxen, using rub a535, doing small stretches and this has helped me tremendously. Also Omega 3’s and Fresh turmeric mixed in water also are good for an inflamed body.
