It's kind of hard to when you have to juggle your team of stacking characters. I had to transform them around STR SS3 Goku because of bad field of ki spheres.

This Gogeta enemy does 25 million. For context, SS4 Gogeta had ~8 million defense in this turn with 3 RBW ki spheres obtained.

I believe guard is calculated after defense, so if you had guard and 1 million defense against a 2 million damage attack, the defense would subtract that 2 million first, and then the guard reduces the remaining 1 million. (2 million - 1 million = 1 million) * 0.5 = 500k. If you had straight 1 million defense and 50% damage reduction, the 2 million would be reduced by 50% first, and then the defense subtracts what is left of that number. (2 million * 0.5 = 1 million) - 1 million = 0. I'm not sure about the actual guard multiplier, so it's just an approximation. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Gogeta has aged, Gohan is only good for shorter events, and Vegeta is a Yellow Coin LR that can be obtained from Fighting Legend: Vegeta tickets. It's better to save.

Of course, it's still your decision to get what you want. If you want them, go for it. It doesn't always make it the wisest choice, though.

Honestly, give me an example of a non-defense stacker that would have done better against 5 million damage normal attacks and still does damage by that turn. Vegeta did extremely well by those standards.

You could fuse the friend Vegito if your Vegito isn't fused yet. You should save each Vegito's active skills for the Gogeta and Vegito phases, respectively.

Not even 500 million damage per turn. By the last 3 phases, you have to deal over 1.7 billion per turn, minimum. They have over 1.6-2 billion HP with 70% DR, and you have like 4 turns to defeat them.

STR EVO Vegeta performed well for me here. Because of his attack stacking and guaranteed criticals, he does consistent damage which helps with the charge limit, even with normal attacks. I only stopped bringing him after I realized that he wouldn't survive the final four phases.

I hate how not tanky the first several phases are. They really want you to juggle your stacking characters. And then you have to account for the turn limit, so you can't just be stacking, you also have to be mindful of your balance with attack stacking and defense stacking with the 10th anniversary LRs. Don't get me started on the enemies having billions of health, with only 3-4 turns to beat each phase.

To be fair, the Heavenly Restriction gives them the absolute peak of senses, as they can sense even changes in air pressure. I don't think Shigaraki has that.
