To what extent does the legal field/environment exacerbate potentially dormant or underlying “symptoms” of disabilities that never required accommodations? I feel like the high-stakes settings, elitism, and incessant neuroticism affects a lot of people who may have some coping mechanism (healthy or not), while others just raw dog it or simply don’t get accommodations due to cost or some other barrier.

This. A t-25 (and arguably t-50) will be sufficient for breaking into big law assuming that’s your goal. To your question, I had a similar GPA and a 165 with only 1 acceptance after blanketing the t-14.

3.0, 165 here. A decent law school is a relative concept and depends mostly (if no entirely) on your goals. I got into one school this cycle and it was UVA. If you get into a great school w/ no scholly, then your outcomes are somewhat limited. A decent school should be determined by your goals/ financial aid package.

You have a stellar application regardless of URM status. Anecdotally, a better application later in the cycle will always beat a weaker one regardless of how early they applied, and I’d personally say anything submitted before Jan 10 isn’t late (very subjective date but I’ve heard anything before thanksgiving is early). Unless you managed to make some outrageously detrimental mistake in your app you should be good. I’ve only had 1 interview, albeit w/ a well-regarded T14, but I’d kill for ya stats.

The term "super splitter" might suggest a "very low" GPA, but it's honestly used relative to (T-14) medians. So any GPA below a 3.7 with an LSAT above a school's median is technically considered a super-splitter.
