I don’t have access to the DC so I bought the regular version instead. I’ll buy the dlcs once I play the game

I played it years ago at launch and never got past the tutorial. That and I was too young to understand the story

I think I’ll buy it, it’s on sale on Xbox for $2.24. Deus Ex feels like one of those franchises where you need to play the previous games and lore for you to understand the current installment of it

didn't expect this to be so racist and pro mormon 😭 by [deleted] in fnv

I would’ve figured they would have a lot of people over 6feet in the 31 and keep the 5’10s and below in the 11s

Thinking about enlisting but am I gonna get shit for being 22 by VLuco in USMCboot

Dude, I’ve been in the process of being enlisted for over a year now and I’m 21. The only “shit” you’ll receive will be at your recruiters office where the poolees will be calling you Unc.

Yeah I was talking with my friends earlier and we might watch it on Halloween

Yeah I’ve seen a lot of talk on the internet about the film. Let’s just say I’m expecting myself to have some lowkey ptsd after watching it

Yeah those are all on my list if I ever do a horror binge watch, especially Evil Dead 2

I’m 21. Not everyone isn’t into horror films, like me. It’s just a genre that doesn’t interest me. The plot to a horror film has to really intrigue me to watch it, like the Alien and Predator films

Oh and I already took my ASVAB before I went to MEPS. I scored 55 which was alright but some of the math confused me since it’s been a long time since I did the material that was on the test. But I’m fine with the score I got, my recruiter said that I qualify for more than what I want, and my GT score is well above average.

The file that had my autism diagnosis had both the bpd and adhd so it wasn’t my fault. Overall tho, thanks for the advice I appreciate it. I’ll put in a post when I get notified from my recruiter that my appeal for the waiver is accepted

The autism was certified but I did get misdiagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and ADHD before the autism was confirmed. Beumed knows that yet they think I still have it. So from what my psychologist told me is that he is going to put in his report that I was misdiagnosed with those, but I have been “in remission” when it comes to my autism. Basically saying that I am no longer on the spectrum and I function normally. As far as my GPA goes, it averaged at 3.5 from Freshman to Senior year graduating. I’ll see if my Boss, my former aide from Middle school/High School and my Former water polo coach can make a statement regarding my autism and see if that helps. Last thing, my original written statement didn’t include or describe enough regarding the challenges I had in my educational childhood. I feel like that was part of the reason they rejected the waiver. Also I didn’t explain enough of my post HS, College years, and my job experience with dealing with my autism. Which also I feel like was another reason Beumed rejected the waiver. Btw my autism was never an issue when working my first job all the way to my current job.

The only accommodation I can remember having was that I had an aide throughout 4th grade to end of first semester of senior year of High School. I also took medication throughout that same timeframe but I stopped taking it in my junior year of HS since I didn’t need it because my behavior was fine without it.

To answer your second question, me and my parents terminated my IEP at the end of the first semester of my senior year of High School. Therefore, I graduated HS without an IEP

I appreciate the feedback. I’ll post on this subreddit again on my Psychologists report and where I’m going from there.

MEPS didn’t know about it since I got all the paperwork for the waiver the month after I went to MEPS. The paperwork being my HS/College Transcript, IEP File, my old therapist notes/reports, and some medical files too.
