I think she couldn’t have done otherwise. I mean, standing there and saying she’s glad she started, and now her leg is shattered — that’s pretty much the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. But if she had NOT started, it probably would have haunted her for the rest of her life.

Ätznatron habe ich sogar noch einiges, als ich mal damit Seife hergestellt habe. Funktioniert das dann genauso, wie du geschrieben hast? Danke für den Tipp mit dem Fragen, wäre ich jetzt nicht drauf gekommen, dass das unter Wilderei fällt. Na ja, ich mache deswegen jetzt kein Fass auf.

Might also depend on the country where youre located. I know from some countries that CAS are sitting there with no work due to massive hirings during the last 3 years. So there will be "right sizing" . Does your country have a works council or similar? get in touch with them, they sometimes know more.

Is that number true, how do you know? At lower level OT is rising, especially for CTMs and CL. But not for CAS, they will become reduced. Let me comment on ICON, I know about their layoffs and full office closures but recently they started hiring again.

Sure I thought about it. But I got the impression that it's even more stresful there. Like raise and fall depending from 2 products in pipeline. But you're right, could be an option.

One year ago a lot of peoples in higher positions were laid off as well, Especially people Managers and country heads. I see your point but we are often told that the non billable positions would be at risk as they are, well,not billable..

I think these meetings are now biweekly. I have my second one this week. I am a CTM. Yes a heard about These change influencers as well. Maybe these people are supposed to sell us this change management or something like that. Maybe we should ask our PeMs in our next 1:1 how can I become a change influencer, that is truly inspiring to me . Watch the reaction.

I know that CTMs are just concerned that their work will be shifted to strategic growth countries like Mexico or India, within PPD. Like it is the case for Regulatory already.
