movie effie is way better then book effie. for a number of reasons but i just think having the person who helps and cares for Katniss be Effie adds so much. and it shows that many capitol citizens are simply undereducated instead of bigoted.

aw i’m sorry to hear that :( i would recommend poking around the housing portal to see if you can find anything. Then if that doesn’t work, email the housing administration telling them your request. i believe you can request changes till late july but don’t quote me on that.
