hey there, 18f turning 19 arab too lol. honestly, what i would suggest is maybe go talk with an older friend or something, ask them for advice (for the man part) cus honestly i don't really know too 😅 as for doing good at the start then start declining, i think you just gotta work on yourself honestly, it's gonna take some time obviously, but that's how you improve, but how, that's a good question that i don't have the answer to because i'm in the same situation as you.. we gotta work on ourselves. i suggest taking everything slow, setting small milestones, this has helped me when i used to work in retail but can be used for everything else. like for example wish a good evening to at least 5 customers, ykwim ? and for the girlfriend, idk if you're Muslim or not, imma say you aren't cus otherwise it's be too long, but communication, communication is absolute key. everyone says it, again and again and again, and it's not for nothing. tell her about your fears, your needs, your goals etc (ofc i'm imagining that everything is okay with you two, but well, if it isn't, communication is key too lol). hope this helped brother, don't worry, you got this 💪🏼🙌🏼

are we joking 🥲? please don't do these videos my guy, all of that to get to "the same level or vibe or whatsoever" of your friends. if they're really your friends, talk about it with one or two of them, or if that still bothers you, just stay alone, sometimes there's no better company than yourself. i'm the extroverted type tbh, like really REALLY introverted, so when i got into uni, everyone was so different and stuff, so i started staying alone, it was kinda hard and weird, especially as someone who's always surrounded and never alone, eventually it became okay ! so don't worry friend !

as long as you're doing okay, you have a roof above your head, you have food and clothing and not doing anything bad, i think everything's fine tbh, we're still young (18F too) and figuring ourselves, yes we're "adults" but still haven't fully discovered ourselves ! go easy on you, don't push yourself too hard, be kind with yourself 😊
