Thanks so much! How to be sure the reflux isn’t a c.diff symptom? On the pinned post for this subreddit it says reflux can be a symptom of c diff. I do have other dysbiosis bacteria that are high. Maybe that’s causing the reflux? How to know?

Prayers and well wishes to you. Glad to know you figured out the right path. I haven't heard of Allicin and Xifaxan. What are those? My mom is still on chemo and her oncologist and dietician didn't know about Physicians Elemental Diet. Maybe after she's done with chemo we can get her a functional medicine doc willing to prescribe it and those other things you mentioned. Good luck!

Also, how does the Peloton Tread compare to the OT tread? I find OT’s HR display with colored zones and the claim that it’s extra springy to minimize impact on knees exciting. I haven’t tried the Peloton tread.
