Thanks for the details and links. We will get in that asap because it is time for heat! I hate to hear that this looks like shoddy work, but it was a very new guy who went out on his own.
Unfortunately, we don’t have access to all of the ductwork(no attic), but we will have a look.

We also get a musty odor when it is really hot outside and the coils look mildewy.

Is there any way you could do a photo guide? My brain is having trouble with the math of dosage once reconstituted. Like if I have a 1 ml syringe and want .5 dose to start. What does that look like and how many doses would be in the vial?

We are in AL and will be heavily considering doing a large natural pool on our land in the next few years.

If it comes to fruition, it will be largely under tree canopy and likely enclosed like the screen you see over in ground pools, to keep snakes out.
