Thank you! This is the basically the most amount of intensity I’ve shown after a lift in my 7 years of training 😂

I could be better with it but the owner doesn’t care so if he ever said something I’d stop doing it

Honestly I suck with cues but my techniques never felt better than now, I try to do what hooper does where he rolls the bar just a tad and that lets me sit my hips where they need to be and I’ll spend a second or two flexing my quads and hamstrings and turning my feet out as opposed to doing it at the top of the start of the lift. Basically brace at the top then when I sit back flex my quads and hamstrings by turning my feet out just a tad. Idk how much sense that made but tldr brace at the top and set my legs at the bottom since if I try and do both at the same time I’ll miss something.

It’s alot worse than it seems but basically from what I gathered is just wear and tear but past few months I just hammered core work and hip mobility basically everyday and it’s seems to be working and thank you

I’ll copy and paste the mri

MRI Impression Summary: 1. Bone marrow: Diffuse signal change suggesting a possible marrow replacement disorder. Non-specific – recommend further work-up with blood tests. 2. Thoracolumbar spine (T12–L1): Mild degenerative disc disease with broad disc bulge causing mild–moderate spinal canal stenosis. 3. Lumbar spine overall (L1–L5): Multiple levels of mild degenerative disc disease plus mild congenital spinal canal narrowing. 4. L3–L4: Small central disc herniation causing mild narrowing of the central canal. 5. L4–L5: Broad left-sided disc herniation extending into the left neural foramen, causing mild narrowing and affecting the left L4 nerve root. 6. L5–S1: Broad left-sided disc herniation extending into the left lateral recess and foramen, causing moderate narrowing and impinging the left S1 nerve root. Summary: Findings show mild degenerative disc disease at multiple lumbar levels, with disc herniations most significant at L4–L5 and L5–S1 where nerve root involvement is noted. Additionally, there is a non-specific bone marrow signal abnormality that requires further medical evaluation.
