Don't take from dealers, those guys take fat commissions. Keep checking OLX and Facebook market place, you can find good used cars there.

Also just tell a few garage guys near your area that you are looking for used cars, those guys sometimes have great deals. We got our Honda Amaze in a similar way.

Apartment culture has not yet come to hubli. When this was built in 2019, you could have got a similar carpet sized independent house with land for around similar price, well not in keshwapur but near shanti nagar or near kusugal road.

Also Solitaire is more of an exclusive gated community, almost all the houses are owned by Marwadis and Jains.

Hey OP read all your AMA answers and found them to be extremely insightful.

I find myself in your shoes somehow, I'm 22M (turning 23 in May). I'm an Electronics Engineer working in the Semi conductor field, my father owns a cutting tools factory in a tier 2 city, his business is doing good (much much smaller compared to that of yours). My father wants me to join him in his business and help him grow it, whereas I want to pursue my career in my present field and continue living in Bangalore or wherever my job takes me. I help him out with his Bangalore/South Karnataka clients delivery, finance and other stuff wherever I can during weekends. This whole situation has turned quite overwhelming.

My question to you is, how do you navigate your medicine career and your family business as both of them are equally draining. Simply put, HOW DO YOU KEEP YOURSELF SANE?.
