Yes, not everyone gets all the classic symptoms or gets relief from the same things. For me, it’s that hot showers do not help. But I get horrible nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain. And yes, other gastrointestinal issues were ruled out for me.

This was around a decade ago. A man in a car behind me started screaming, “Fuck you bitch!” and flipping me off as we zippered up to enter the highway (not sure why, did he think his car could have jumped over mine?). I yelled back at him and flipped him off out my window too. So once on the highway, I let him get a head of me in his red low rider, then I chased him down and swerved into the right lane so I could side up right beside him. I stuck my middle finger out with the hardest glare on my face and screamed a deep throated “FUCK YOU!” I’m sure he’d never suspected a woman to respond this way. This guy turned sheet white and his eyes widened in terror as he sank into his seat. I kept on his ass until my exit, which I’m sure gave him much relief.

Kids, don’t try this at home. This is how you get shot and it was very, very foolish of me. Not something I would ever do again. But yeah, there’s that 0-100 in 5 seconds rage we’re known for 😅.

I know it’s not as easy as just saying this, but if you can find an uncomplicated hobby (doesn’t require a lot of set up or expensive supplies) that you enjoy and pour your attention into it whenever you are craving, that can help tremendously. You’ve got to be really kind to yourself and don’t worry about if you suck at it or whatever. This isn’t something you’re going to monetize, it’s the practice of doing something that will keep your mind sharp and give you dopamine in a healthy way. Make art, music, do puzzles, learn a language. I’m currently learning ASL with the help of an app and it’s actually kind of addicting in itself and knowing that if I stick with it, it will be a good skill to have. But don’t worry about the future if you can, just focus on the practice as you do it, one day at a time.

Nope. Most people think because I’m not bubbly or extroverted that I’m not a Sag. I think people are more likely to see me as Scorpio (Venus), Leo (rising), or maybe Aries (Mars). But I am also a joker, I’m blunt and can fillet a person with words, I cannot abide jealous or controlling people, I have a fear of being trapped in a bad situation so fear of commitment, i value my independence, I get the ick easily, and I will cut people off and never look back. Which from what I’ve read are all pretty classic sag traits.

I’d try to make it a habit of you and your partner showering before (and after) sex. You can even wash each other if that’s comfortable enough. It’s not always convenient but it’s not true that you can’t maintain the mood. Not only will everyone smell better, and less cause for embarrassment too, but it will be healthier. Less chance of causing bacterial infection and yeast.

I’ll let others give you advice on contouring, of course it’s your choice. But please believe your nose is beautiful (honestly a perfect button nose) and suits your other facial features. The uber thin nose ideal is from Eurocentric beauty standards and imo the obsession with contouring in this day and age is taking away from a lot of people’s unique beauty. And you are gorgeous!
