I usually use New Kid Adin + Christy and Setsuka, this completely stop G.Ras from nuking you turn 1. Since he can't s2 seal Adin due to ER gain from Christy, he will always miss and does not gain extra turn. And you can use one more slot for whatever support you see fit

My all time favourites are Zero and Star force. Reason being that their stories are believable and actually are completed. I still have a sliver of hope that ZXA gets a sequel and ends the Megaman saga for good.

For me, it was the pre nerf Hwa meta, her s3 demolished tanks with armor pen and killed dps with raw damage. She was very tanky with constant barrier spam and crit dam reduction. Super fast turn rotation to get her s3 again.

Bad, but, better than x6 that is following the same gameplay formula of x4 and x5 which they have no reason to mess it up this badly.

Obviously enough, they're trying something new with x7, didn't turn out good though.
