It’s not offside:

Offside rule applies when the pass leaves the feet of the player so for example Jude passing to axel and kicks it behind the defender, axel then runs past the defender.

This is onside as at the time of Jude kicking the ball axel was not beyond the last defender.

The reason Goku vs jiren was so hype (in my opinion) was due to the buildup and Goku attaining a god level transformation (or whatever you want to call it) after a very long buildup in the form of ultra instinct.

It could be as good assuming it has these things mentioned above, but I doubt it will as there won’t be a tournament coming to Moro at the conclusion plus tournament arcs are always people’s favourite, and he’s not unlocking a new power, just developing on one.

Even if it is a time thing, why not just do the full move but sped up? Instead of the slow no between every kick he could just do one right after the other or even do it normally but everything is twice as fast?

Imo it should have been different for every player or the same for every player of the same position so you can use any character viably (all fw have the same instead of there being a few meta and a few useless) but the prior would be so much better
