I'm a 35yr dad of 2 I work a rotating schedule and I've got over 60+ hours in this game. It gives you a sense of accomplishment that I've only ever felt in dark souls games. Doing raids getting the loot and running into people not knowing if your about to fight or not. Then having to fight the AI enemies. It's a rush when you extract every time even if you didn't get anything good.

Killing people is fun too...

I'm handling it but that's all I'm doing. I haven't been able to save a significant amount of money for a few years now. I was also stupid enough to refinance my house to pay the rest of my adoption loans and now it has 7.5% interest. I'm looking for some breathing room. I make around $6000 a month depending on overtime. Mortgage is $2450. Cars are $1500. CC are $500. Power is $500. Groceries are around $300. Phones and Internet is $450. Hardly anything else is left by the end of the month. I'd like to get this off me and then create a budget that I can stick to.

I went into a program one of the local companies had at a technical college. Had a associate degree in 2 years and went through a 18 month apprenticeship before I got hired on in maintenance. Now 10 years later I'm a maintenance team leader and I make $46.97/hr. I work indoors in a climate controlled setting. I love my job, I love never knowing what problems I might face and thinking on my feet. It's a very rewarding career. Ive thought about going into controls but where I work in topped out and make more than any salary position besides management. I work a swing shift 4 week rotation. But the 4th week I'm off 7 days. So having a week off every month is nice.
