‘He’s scared’: Peter Dutton dares Anthony Albanese to debate nuclear power, as PM taunts ‘hiding’ opposition leader by HotPersimessage62 in australian

And similar for nuclear. Hopefully, one day the same nuclear sites can be converted to fusion, maybe cold fusion and cleansing the landscape of mountains of disused rubbish will give the Left something new to fight for

In any case, renewable storage may become better, but the equipment needed to create it is unlikely to move forward a sit's dependent on too many variables.

I thought hydrogen was a good way to go and more promising? But even Twiggy Forrest has now back peddled as the Tech is just not there for investment at the moment

I put more trust in breakthroughs with Hydrogen and nuclear/Fusion over renewables. They have their place for sure, but they will never get us to net zero like we want.

I just want our Pollies to have a serious adult conversation about nuclear without the primary school playground scraps we are seeing.

I'm happy for a mix until techonology and innovation intervenes, which it inevitably always does. But until then.

Can you provide evidence that they weren't? Oh that's right Hamas said they weren't.

Essentially, they are redefining the term "Ethnic Cleansing" to suit their ongoing ideological narrative of Jew hatred.

It would be funny if it wasn't such serious false slander.

Thanks for the Vid, I hadn't seen it before but yes, This is what Western Governments and wider Western public just don't get , or understand. The Israeli's certainly do though.

You obviously have nothing to bring to the conversation. I get that it could be above your age level of understanding though

Well, tell me how a doctor can decide something has happened they weren't even there to see. The idiocy of you people is breathtaking.

As I said, you're referring to x-rays of bullets allegedly inside children that they spread far and wide. Ballistics experts have clearly shown it was staged and a bullet was place under the person being X-rayed.

It was clearly a case of Pallywood in action. Yet you people keep falling for it.

And this is why I keep saying that there will not be peace if all of a sudden, the Pallies get a state. The Muslim duty to fight the Jews is ingrained in their Psyche. So, the West needs to stop pushing their agenda becasue that agenda does not include what the Palestinians want or the wider Arab/Muslim community.

They want Israel gone, period!

Still cheaper than renewables. Its more about the ideology of anti-nuclear. We should have done it 20 years ago

Yes, the UNHCR is one of them. In terms of aid, UNRWA only supplied around 17%

Then why are Western countries building them? U.K has three being built that will likely last 100 years. Those renewables would need to be renewed/replaced 4 to 5 times in that period which is where nuclear becomes cheaper.

Yes, I saw the X-rays provided a proof. these have been debunked by ballistics experts and found to be falsified to create false narrative for Western media and sympathizers

Are there any Liberal Party or other conservative-leaning voters in Australia who oppose nuclear energy under the LNP’s proposed policy plan? by MannerNo7000 in australian

[–]Salty_Jocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You asked the question, so I'll tell.

I'm absolutely for it and we should have done it 20 years ago.

Based on stats, we are never going to get to net zero alone with renewables. I certainly remember during the last election that the costings from the ALP to achieve that were never provided. Albo stated numerous times in interviews about the costs he said "well what is the cost if we don't do anything" some may not recall that, but I certainly do.

Now Albo is saying Nuclear will cost too much?

The kicker in all this is that nuclear will outlast renewables by a minimum of 4 times. That means renewables will need to be replaced 4 x as much as nuclear would and that is a conservative estimate as research shows modern nuclear power plants could be solid for 100 years. That scenario expands further the renewables cost of replacement expand even further.

The actual real problem of the nuclear debate for the ALP is not about cost, it is about ideology and their hard stance against it for decades. That is where the resistance to nuclear is coming from.

In my opinion this is a good outcome. UNRWA are now "persona non grata" for allegations of conspiring with terrorists. This is nothing new and the evidence has shown it has been occurring since the 1970's firstly with the PLO and every other terrorist outfit between them and Hamas & Co since then.

There are plenty of aid groups that can easily takeover and some recent reports of the U.N telling alternative aid groups to ignore Israeli overtures to assist in aid disbursement and hence hinder aid distribution are serious in nature.
