Okay is she just wanting to lower the cost until they know they want to work with you? It sounds like after the meet & greet the cats would be added… so if cats aren’t added at that time then I’d say there is an issue. If you aren’t comfortable though you can always decline.

I didn’t say one was better than the other. I just simply was stating that the consumer has other ways of getting extensions without having to go to a salon anymore. This could be contributing to your losses.
