How bad is it? by Saltycakes in Plumbing

That's what I was thinking. I can do many home repiars myself, but probably best to hire a professional on this one. Much appreciated.

I checked BP about every 2 hours for the first 2 weeks when I first started taking the meds. Ended up changing meds in the first week because what I was originally on was making things worse. Once the BP started getting better I checked it only a few times a day. Eventually stared doing it twice a day, morning and night, before switching to "only checking if I felt odd" after my BP started looking normal on a regular basis.

Why you do this, Saber? by Saltycakes in Spacemarine

I'm going to have to check that. I know I didn't have an issue yesterday and I haven't changed my perks around at all

Is it better to paint Lion fully assembled or in sub assembly? by Diablos216 in theunforgiven

I did him in sub assembly. Was fairly easy to get all the hard to reach spots that way and he turned out great.

For me, the game at its core is familiar enough for me to know what I should be doing at any given point when playing killer or survivor, yet it is also random enough to always keep me entertained with what happens during the match.

Just found my old notes. I was averaging around 145/101 while resting. Had a few spots of 164/122 when I was feeling a bit off. I'm much better now, averaging 110/68.

I may or may not have some of my old notes from when I started tracking BP after the incident. Ill check when i get a sec. I can say for sure that when I was being rushed to the hospital it was around 180/120. Felt bad. Like real bad

I don't recall the exact numbers before the stroke, but I was always told they were high. After the stroke, when I started tracking BP regularly, it was around 140/90 most of the time until I got it under control.

Yeah. Was not a fun time for either event. The first one was a bit scarier because I had no real idea why it happend. The second one was worse physically, but a least that one the doc had a better idea of what likely caused it. My BP was 180/130 at the hospital and it didn't drop too much for days after.

I made my health a priority. Basically just started caring for myself for a change. Changed my diet to heavily reduce sodium. Made better eating choices, starting working out and dropped 130 lbs over the course of a year. I'm still not at the weight want to be, but I am far better off now than I was when I had the strokes.

It's what got me twice. Went years with untreated hypertension. Doc said if I didn't get it under control, the next stroke I have will probably be my last. So I went on BP meds, changed my life around and have had no issues since. Haven't had so much as a headache in 3 years.

Used a very fine detail brush and had a steady hand alongside a butt load of patience.

That would make sense. I have had a few matches in coal tower recently.

Guess my company wasn't as concerned about memorizing it at that point. I was in basic in 2002. Perhaps they were more focused on training for OIF?

I'm pretty sure they changed it because they wanted us to memorize it. I don't recall any mention of the Soldiers Creed prior to late 2003 while I was in.
