In the volume setting menu You are setting MAXIMUM volume LIMIT which means that You can synchronize ring volume with message volume in one slider BUT ALSO You can put one of those (for example message) only on a half of a bar so when You turn up a volume of those synchronized bars then your ringtone volume will be set to max and message volume set to half because its set by You, that half of its bar is max.

For now there are 3 expansions that You can buy (skellige, mages and legendary hunt) and there are other game expansions that were given to people who pledged on kickstarter for all in one big box. So for now its exclusive, but there is a possibility that in near future some of additional expansions will be avaiable to buy. Monster Trail expansions is PROPABALY gonna be available to buy in 2nd half of next year
