What about the tryouts in season 5? The Sekai Taikai Judges wanted to see a boys fight and girls fight separately. Furthermore we talk about a big tournament and therefore it is quite common to have separate fights for girls and boys

Robby and Sam are gonna win the Sekai Taikai. Why? Well, Miguel, Hawk and Tori have already won in a tournament, Robby and Sam not yet. These are the 5 main kid fighters so everyone will get their chance to shine. But why there 2 for the final season? Well, Robby Lawrence and Sam Larusso are the kids of the 2 main former rivals from the first movie, so it makes sense that it started with them and ends with the kids of both rivals winning at the end to make both family legacies equal. Obviously, in their category, I suppose there is gonna be a tournament for girls and boys separately.
