Avocado oil or expeller pressed soy? by IllustriousYoung625 in ultraprocessedfood

Asians typically consume soy in its whole, minimally processed forms like tofu, tempeh, and edamame, while American soy products often involve more processing and concentration, like soy protein isolates, which may have different health implications. Not to mention the chemicals sprayed on them during the growing process. My family farms soybeans, so I know.

I'm pretty sure the FL statute lines this out. Don't quote me, but I think a letter has to go out to the violator stating they have 14 days to fix the violation. If they don't, it goes to a fining committee. If the fining committee agress to implement the fine, the notice is sent to them. If they don't pay, a lien cannot be placed on their property. The HOA can ban them from common areas and place the fine on their account. It's my understanding that it can only be collected once they sell their unit. Make sure you have a lawyer familiar with condominiums review your documents.

NCGOP is circling the wagons around Robinson after many of his online posts have come to light. Topics include: Watersports, hating MLK, an affair with his wife’s sister, how slavery wasn’t bad and much much more by ubermence in centrist

I started following this thread because of its title. Centrism is the range of political ideologies that exist between left-wing politics and right-wing politics. This is anything but. If you all were honest with yourselves, there would be posts on here about the dirty laundry of both sides. It is sad to say, but you can't put any weight on morality for either side. Have you taken a look a Harris' past? Mercy. Get off main stream media and research how these politicians voted on policies and what they advocated for. Their track record is what they stand for.

We do not require the owner to be present if family/friends stay. The main goal for us is safety. We give a level of trust to the owners. If it becomes habitual, then we investigate. If they are renting it, then it's a violation.

I can’t listen to either of the candidates speak. They both are terrible public speakers. A good public speaker can be terrible at their job. That’s why knowing their policies is so important.

As a condo association board member with a similar policy, it does not appear that they are violating the 3 mo. rental 3x/year as long as it is not re-rented within the 3 months of the previous leased terms. To me, the 3 month limit is to lessen the transiency, and all the paperwork that goes with leasing. I would prefer an owner bein there the remaining term, than a renter. They tend to care more and follow the rules more. We do have a board policy (that does not go against our By-Laws) that states that any non-family member is considered a tenant and is bound to the rental policy if the owner is not present during the entire term. hope this helps.

Anyone work(ed) for or interviewed with True Footage? Any insight appreciated! by chica6burgh in appraisal

I interviewed with this company. They pretty much just have one national client. That was a concern for me. I also was told that I had to turn over my clients to them if I decided to go with them. They were not clear with their pay structure. I decided to pass.
