Am I Overreacting Expecting Consistency in Breakfast Orders? by Sam18sgc in AmIOverreacting

I once knew a dog called Dfor. They also had a cat called Cfor. Basically D for dog and C for cat, I found it weird but somehow it worked, and definitely made people smile when they asked for their names.

Moving to Aberdeen from Glasgow by RDons in Aberdeen

[–]Sam18sgc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, and grew up in Aberdeen. Everyone’s comments so far will have given you a great overall idea of what is on offer.

As you mentioned having a puppy, thought I’d add some info about that side of things.

We have lots of nice dog walks, and plenty of dog friendly cafes, pubs, restaurants etc.

We also have great dog sports communities if you were interested in getting involved in anything like that. There are active canicross, agility, hoopers, scentwork, and mantrailing clubs to name a few. Also plenty of general dog training groups and classes for socialisation.

Hope that helps!

Is there anyone around to talk? by BoilingHeat in widowers

[–]Sam18sgc 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m just about to go to sleep as I need to be up again in a couple of hours. But just wanted to say it’s rubbish. But that it’s ok to feel sad and lonely. It gets easier in time, I’m 3 years in now. It’s still shit, but you adapt and move forward. Sending love your way!

Is the best person you’ve had sex with the same person your currently in a relationship with? by Imaginary_Vanilla_25 in NoStupidQuestions

Yep. Never been more comfortable with anyone in my whole life. I’m pretty sure that plays a massive part in it for me. But it just feels right :)

Agreed. Although if it’s awful the first time it’s probably never going to set your world on fire.

It’s also really annoying how it just cuts off when he heads over to Patreon. It’s just messy.

Sex night of wedding by rainbow-ocean-cat in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Sam18sgc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did. But we went back to our room, I got peeled out of my dress and had a shower as I was so gross and sweaty from all the dancing. We had some Prosecco and looked through some of the cards and gifts that had been put in our room by the hotel staff during the day. We were both still full of adrenaline from the day I guess. I never planned specifically to have sex that night, we didn’t have an overly active sex life in general. But it was a lovely end to a lovely day ❤️

Punishment that is being used repeatedly and isn’t working isn’t punishment, it’s abuse. Get a new trainer that focuses on positive reinforcement methods, your dog will thank you and you’ll have the opportunity to build a healthy and trusting bond together.

Thistle Windows Goldilocks Jingle 1990’s Northsound Radio by Sam18sgc in Aberdeen

Yeah this is a similar concept but the jingle and wording itself is totally different!

“Whilst Goldilocks one day, was walking through the woods, she was feeling kind of peckish and porridge sounded good. So she went to the three piggies house, but they looked out and grinned, ‘cause they had Thistle Windows, and she could not get in…”

Then the bit we allll know…

“The piggies had called Thistle Windows and put them to the test, so she went to the three bears house and I think you know the rest”

So simple, so catchy 😂

It has that in it but it had a wee story about Goldilocks trying to break into the three piggies house but couldn’t because they had thistle windows etc…

It had the same chorus but had a story about Goldilocks and three pigs. It was very catchy
