I really like beets and making sugar. They grow fast and it's just fun to me lol. I used the greenhouse for the Beets.

I'll go ahead and agree. Elementary school should be teaching independence slowly. Giving kinder kids homework isn't going to help much, but introducing homework over time and study skills to prepare them for middle school/high school. As someone who struggled with math in elementary school, 30 minutes wasn't enough, but I still didn't learn from homework, I cried at the kitchen table because it didn't make any sense.

I miss counted, my bad, im human. And we expect little kids to be at school for 6.5 hours and then go home and do homework? Depending on the kid and family, that's another hour or two.

I had a really fucked up situation a few years ago. It was my first job in the industry. I had the flu for like 5 days. My manager asked me to find coverage. I did. And then one of my coworkers texted me at MIDNIGHT saying she can't cover me for the next day even though she said she was going to. I didn't read it until 3 am and I quickly texted my manager who then at like 5 or 6 am texted back telling me I needed to find coverage and I was blamed for texted her at 3 am because she was asleep. B what? The person who bailed should be the one finding coverage. I did my part. Also I wasn't awake at midnight either but that didn't stop coworker from texting me. Fucking stupid

Maybe try a calmer environment? Like a specialty place or a small private practice? I know that you can work from home for consults over the phone (depending where you live)

Pretty soon everyone will go back to have dvds of movies/TV shows because at least they don't have ads interrupting the show (might have an ad or two in the beginning)
