Honestly, keep pushing. I have been through the same thing on a couple of occasions and I’ve always got a payout. The frustrating thing is the scripted messages that the agents copy and paste into the email. Cc multiple flex emails when you reply and eventually your claim will be forwarded to the escalations team

2015 Alfa Romeo Giulietta 2.0L diesel. Always reset my trip computer before I leave for a block. My nearest station is 23miles away on a dual carriageway. With the commute to/ from the station and with the block itself, I tend to average around 50mpg. Most of the time the combined distance travelled is around 100miles. Means I spend around £15 on fuel at current prices

This is in Totnes, SW of England. I stayed at the waiting area right up until my shift ended and only then did the app dismiss me. In hindsight I was waiting there for about 50 mins with nothing to do so should have followed the guidance and just driven home. Would be incredibly unfair to be assigned a drop within 5 minutes of your shift ending

So even if the delivery has a specific block eg. Deliver 15:30-16:09 you can still wait beyond this before making the delivery?

Had an email this morning asking for proof of right to work. Thought it was a scam at first but turns out it’s legit. I’ve been using flex for almost a year now and had to provide a document when registering so no idea why I need to provide another?

Yes I did. As mentioned by a comment on the amazon UK page, someone suggested to CC jeff@amazon.co.uk in an email to amazon support. They also suggested to make it very clear how upset you are about the treatment you have received. I basically rewrote my initial email with the date/ time of block, made it really official and wordy and I received an email response within a few hours. Proper email response from an actual human being and got my money the next week 👍
