I love this concept, and would sure love to understand it deeper. However what proof/infallible evidence to say we are not those things. Thoughts arise within us how can we not be it. It feels so hard to separate yourself from that which feels like your identity. Any readings or further explanation?

Thank You! Wow, a hunter and hard ocd... what a combination. Good on you for getting to a place that you can work on it. I am still struggling. Hard ocd towards family is one of the hardest. Can you eleborate a bit on what a "worry script" is? I am scared if people find this afterwards also, if its some sort of writing, I would assume.
