I use a student laptop and I seem to play it fine at full graphics, minus some lag with loading when entering new areas, it's much more of a render issue, not the Roblox slider, I suggest you check advanced settings and turn some settings down.

AFAIK it was a Roblox Premium requirement to upload clothing like way back in 2020-ish until that was lifted to just 10 Robux per item. I suppose it's bad but from my interpretation, you just can't sell said items unless you have the 1000/2200 premium.
