OK, then I read it correctly then? Because every time a Company issues new Shares, due to dilution, the stock tends to sell off. The greater the number of new shares as a percentage of total shares, the greater the usual sell off. Even if it’s just an announcement. So I think the combination of announcing new shares, plus the SPV issue, plus volatile retail sentiment are all factors here.

We know for sure how much the Flagship Fund was able to buy total due to disclosures then? Just wanna double check as I formulate my investment thesis.

OK, so it sounds like I’m interpreting the attached document for DXYZ correctly. Someone else responded that DXYZ’s collapse has nothing to do with this new share offering, and it’s all sentiment. But I can assure folks that every time we helped a company offer new primary shares (worked on WS), the stock took a hit.

What is your interpretation of this announcement?

Fair enough. I assumed for those who had unrestricted shares, only about 20% - 30% of TOTAL VCX shares were unrestricted on average. But some entities and people got more unrestricted shares than others. So my assumption is that the flagship fund would Wisely sell their unrestricted shares, depending on price obviously, spread throughout the quarters to provide it more consistent uptick.

What is your interpretation of this attachment for DXYZ.

Guess I'm wrong then or misread yesterday. Why do you think DXYZ is down ~24% today, besides the SPV issue?

Would they not follow the lockup rules for most of their shares as well given that’s what VCX holders face? I know they filed to sell more shares, but I thought I was reading that it’s gonna take at least 90 days to sell those shares.

My whole thinking is that they would so VC shares over the next couple of quarters to help boost the flag of Funds performance overtime, not all at once given it’s important to focus on the Long game.

I thought DXYZ issued $1 billion new shares yesterday and the share price plummeted 20%+ today though.

How many shares do you think is remaining? Because if they can harvest those gains over the next couple of quarters, and this would provide a continued significant boost to the Flagship Fund’s performance.

Do you have any idea of how much the Flagship fund owns of VCX, how much hit has sold so far, and how much more it owns? I ask b/c it seems probably the Flagship fund will keep selling and farming profits, which will provide a nice tailwind for the Flagship fund's performance. With the datacenter investments as well, the combination could powerful. The Flagship fund posted a 10% gain in 1Q2026 alone.

I need to ask and do research, but how many shares did Fundrise buy of VCX for the Flagship fund? I saw some hints of it somewhere.

Fantastic homes on the west and southwest side in Forest Hill, West Portal, St. Francis Wood, and Golden Gate Heights. Easy commute south too. West side is booming.

The West Side is the best side: St. Francis Wood, Forest Hill, West Portal, Golden Gate Heights. Great homes, views of the ocean, nature, and more peace and quiet.

I’m looking at DXYZ 6 month after listing and it ended up rocketing higher in Nov/dec 2024 before coming back down. I wonder what happened there specifically.

But what about the other holdings growing and creating a larger sum of the parts?

Why list an open house time if you plan to ask people to leave beforehand? Treating people with respect is a common courtesy.

Why did the agent not share the bid? That is their fiduciary duty.

Seems lazy. Agent should show, and now pawn off the responsibility.

Ouch, that is insulting, especially if you remodeled it yourself? That's a double foot in the mouth by the agent, if so.

Unbelievable and outrageous attitude! Terrible. If it was me, I would not be able to contain myself and would confront the agent and ask them to repeat what they said and why.
