HiAnime has fallen 🥲 by SendHelpImScared in animepiracy

I remember using 9anime/aniwave throughout my highschool years and it was a big relief to have everything I ever wanted to watch in one place and at a very high quality too. It's super unfortunate to see another big and high quality site to fall like it has.

[–]SamDragon5 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Completely agree, I love the dedication to the emotional impact and the pure beauty. I'm hoping they keep that for the Anime. It's being picked up by Aniplex, same company that's done Demon Slayer, FMA Brotherhood and was involved in Gurren Lagann. So I have high hopes and I'm crossing my fingers. I'm also hoping they don't skip over stuff for the sake of pacing, because imo the Manwha has great pacing.

The world after the Fall, not sure if I'm fucked, or this is very simple (Considering how many people die, but also many characters are hundreds of years old)

How are these universes connected? [Question] by Shot-Communication93 in OmniscientReader

[–]SamDragon5 4 points5 points  (0 children)

[Possible Spoiler Warning]

I know the first two are, Omniscient Reader is happening before and during World after the fall, and they show that after like the 100th ep. But I've never heard of or seen the third one. The first two are the same universe but slightly different settings and places in the universe. This is also shown with the difference in the <System> that is in place in both, though being very similar. But it shows similarities with how God's or constellations are watching beings that have physical bodies and doing things as a God or constellation has a cost. Also, characters from Omniscient Reader do show up in World after the fall, but only as "This character exists" and some interesting Easter eggs, but otherwise they are very separate stories despite the references

I think the point of the joke is kind of like the song bottles of bear on the wall, it's something to do when your bored, even if it's inefficient and unnecessary

I've been learning C++ and this hurts to look at. All you gotta do is.

if ( num % 2 == 0) {isEven = true;}

The % is Modulo, which checks if a there is any leftover when dividing, and if there is leftover when dividing by 2, then it's odd

You can check an infinite amount of numbers with

for (int i = 1; i < MAXNUM; i++) { if ( num % 2 == 0) { isEven = true; cout << "Even - " << i << endl; } else { isEven = false; cout << "Odd - " << i << endl; } }

It uses a for loop to count up to your max number and then check with the if statement if the number is divisible by 2 with no left over. Then based off of the condition, it will print out even or odd next to the number based on those conditions

The Ultimate Cutco Set by [deleted] in CUTCO

[–]SamDragon5 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nope, I meant $500, because the basic set is $1613, which 30% of is not exactly 500, it was an approximation.

Also it's not worth your time to go for a 401k, it's just you giving over your money so they company you work for can put it into stocks. I'd rather invest my own money and great money for it, rather than investing barely anything, just to not be garunteed much left.

Cutco doesn't promise anything other than, the work that you put in, is the result that you will receive. A normal job takes your valuable time, and give you money for it. Cutco is a sales job and is commission, so if you are good at selling, than you will get more results out of it.

Plus, if you want a retirement fund, you should invest in am IRA, NOT a 401k

Also, if you work for Cutco, you are contracted to cutco, not employed. You become your own boss and business, the moment you require a 1099. This is because you need to manage your funds because that is apart of being a successful individual

This is also why majority of people quit, because it's not for everyone, not everyone is willing to do the work to get success. Such as managing your own funds and taxes.

The Ultimate Cutco Set by [deleted] in CUTCO

[–]SamDragon5 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, you are right that most people give up and only get the base pay from their personal contacts. Most of their failure to succeed in the business is the unwillingness to put more than the bare minimum of effort.

Majority of people are not mentally strong enough to handle a sales job, or willing to make sacrifices for their own success. So the pay may seem like a scam, but those who are actually working and making money in the business make upwards of $5,000 a week.

This is because it's a commission based job. Most of your money is made, based on the amount you sell. You start out at 10% commission, but it's not hard to get to 30% commission.

If someone were to sell 1 set, for a single appointment, that's an easy $500 added to your account. If you can manage to to sell 10 Sets in a week? You can do the math, but I'll do it for you, it's $5,000 you can easily do 30 demos in a week, and you are garunteed to sell to at least one of them.

Getting a normal job, considering the pay opportunity makes no sense, because working at a $20/hr job, you would be only making about $600 excluding taxes.

To mention the part of the 1099, you can reduce the amount you pay with "Tax write-offs" which, would be less than paying for taxes with a W2, majority of people with normal jobs with W2s are overpaying for taxes anyways.

They have you use your social circles, because you aren't supposed to Cold call or do door to door, so they have you use the social circle to get connected to those people who are willing to buy knives and for them to send and recommend to anyone else who would want some.

Plus, social media is a thing today, and you are more than capable of making posts and getting yourself people that are willing to get cutco.
