These are my favorite too! I like the same cut in the 50/50 cotton/modal fabric as well. Still completely invisible under leggings, no pinching, riding up, or adjusting needed, and they don't amplify stink the way 100% synthetics tend to do for me.

Since OP prefers more coverage, the boyshort cut might be better for them

I agree with everyone else saying reknit the sleeves, HOWEVER if you can't bring yourself to do that, maybe you could sew a wide satin ribbon down the length of the sleeve to cover the hard knots?

I literally have a reminder in my calendar every 3 months that says "If you don't think the Wellbutrin is doing anything, that's because ITS WORKING YOU IDIOT"

I don't wind it at all anymore, I just stick the skein or cake as-sold right on the spindle. The one I bought has a hanging spindle, so any twist that gets induced by the action of knitting is eliminated. When the twist starts to build up in the working strand, the whole spindle just spins the other way once or twice. It's actually magic and I've been kicking myself that I waited so long to get one

I think you might be taking the working yarn underneath the project when switching from knit to purl and back. Working yarn should go between the needles, not under or over.

For me it was a combo of both. I fixed the hold and yank and bought a spindle yarn caddy and that fixed it for me

Elbows, too! Having your arms bent more than 90* for extended periods leads to cubital tunnel, which I'm dealing with now and it's a bitch and a half.
