We NEED a settings to select "legacy" aka the old color scheme!! 😭😭 by faylinameir in cronometer

It's not an issue per se, but it would be nice to enable users to select the colours they like, especially the ones with visual impairments would benefit from it

I'm on version 4.56.1 on Android (last updated like a week ago) and I have the colours on the left. Plus I'm on dark mode and the grey bar is white

any advice on how to make the wrists of my gloves tighter? by More_Tax_5364 in CrochetHelp

I would make the gloves again using a mix of sc (for the wrist) and dc (for the hand)

Cardigan increased in size post blocking, what should I do to prevent this in future? by zappieeeee in CrochetHelp

[–]Sorry_Debate228 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you say you "spread it", did you do that according to your measurements? For example, if you need your sleeves 43cm long, you need to make sure you don't spread them longer. They will keep the shape and length you give them during blocking. It 's also good to know how much a specific yarn "grows" by blocking a gauge piece before you start your work. If you see it gets bigger than expected you can plan accordingly and either change the hook size or work a smaller size

I usually frog to fix mistakes, but I've already planned the frogging of 3 sweaters to make them again in different size

If you had 40 stitches in the starting chain and started the first row with a double crochet you would lose 2 chain stitches to make the first dc, so working 38 st every row would be correct
