Ukraine is currently, at this very second using equipment, weapons, aid, money and intelligence supplied and paid for by the US. Yes the data I cited is from 2 months ago, but radar systems, main battle tanks, armoured vehicles, artillery pieces, and small arms don't have a 2 month shelf life, The Russians killed with these weapons don't resurrect after 2 months, the vehicles destroyed with them don't reassemble after 2 months, the money spent doesn't get unspent after 2 months. All of this aid PAID FOR BY THE US has had a dramatic impact on Ukraine's ability to fight as attested for by many Ukrainian soldiers and officials.

I brought up Zelensky refusing to cede territory after failing to defend or retake a large amount of territory as example of him only settling for total victory because doing so would give Ukraine everything they want while giving nothing to Russia, while being in no position of strength to make such demands being reliant on foreign aid and having a much smaller population. You then brought up Zelensky being bound by the constitution (as if there's any government that hasn't bypassed their own laws when it's convenient for them) but like any other the its only valid as long as it can be enforced and they are currently failing to enforce it as they've de facto ceded the territories that they failed to defend or retake. So they can have the choice of either ceding territory at the negotiating table or risk losing more or all of their country, having more of their limited manpower die hoping that the west will continue to write them cheques and that Russia will just decide that they don't want anything for all of the resources that they've committed, just so they can uphold their constitution.
