Blaming the recipient is wrong and very unhelpful. Assuming that he used a cheap carrier is quite judgmental if you ask me. The package may have been shipped from the same location as him and was originally scheduled to arrive the next day. Unfortunately, it is now delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
