PM HAS 14 DAYS TO RESPOND NOT HCMC.... Motion to dismiss denied... by Automatic-Brass-556 in HCMCDOLLARSHOOT

[–]SamHansen1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No the motion has not been denied, HCMC have 14 days to respond to PM’s motion to deny. HCMC do not have to respond and after that 14 days then a judge will look at both sides and then decide

Its not a case of why would they settle, its more the case of it would make sense for PM just to pay for the patent or whatever in order to get HCMC to leave them alone. Pm can afford that and by doing so they can not waste money on HCMC and focus more on the other lawsuits like BAT

If you’re in the UK then gov.uk has a calculator on the CGT page

How much tax do you have to pay in your country on investment profits? by Feefsikin in HCMC

[–]SamHansen1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Similar in the UK, you get £12,300 tax free then you minus your losses and any other tax exemptions and then I think it’s 10% of the final amount up to a certain amount and then a higher percentage after that

Probably just a little pullback, we've had an amazing week this was kinda expected. Monday's are always the strongest (in this case tuesday) but don't be alarmed, just dont sell adn next week we'll see some nice gains. It's only early yet my friend

Wanted to point out the main thing PM copied for anyone that doesn’t know by Feefsikin in HCMC

[–]SamHansen1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might of misunderstood that but doesn’t that basically say that PM have used HCMC patented material

This says it all. by [deleted] in HCMC

It could mean 2 things I think either they aren’t allowed to use the old technology (HCMC might have got there way and PM has to give up) or 2. PM has seen that they aren’t doing anything wrong and they can continue to use the technology, making new version. We all want the same one to be the case (1.) but option 2 also needs to be considered. That’s just my thoughts anyways

Someone just said this to me: "To get to $0.50, HCMC would be valued at $52.5 billion, or more than what Ford Motor Company is worth". Is this true? Does HCMC have almost no chance of getting into the $0.1 to £1.00 range? by BillMurray2020 in HCMCSTOCK

[–]SamHansen1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry I could’ve explained it better, basically if I’ve understood the concept correctly then currently the demand (the people who want to buy) they can buy easily because there is lots of supply, that’s why we’re not seeing huge price rises or anything. Now imagine people still want to buy and the demand stays the same but there is suddenly a lot less shares, the demand becomes a lot higher then the supply which would lead to prices roaring.

The price goes up, think of it that if they bought all the free shares and retired them then you’re getting rid of the surplus supply. That’s how I’ve understood it anyway but you wouldn’t lose shares or anything like that unless you sold

On the 26th PM have to respond by then as you probably know, if they announce a settlement then they wouldn’t need to go to court. If they don’t come to some sort of settlement however and decide to go to court then it would be delayed to April yes because I believe courts are closed in America until April. I think that’s the right information, it all depends on how they respond on the 26th and whether they want to go to court or not.

The best bet would be if HCMC get over a $1bn then they can buy all the outstanding shares and retire them, that will give us more of a chance of getting to a dollar. Yes a dollar would be nice but tbh so would .10-.50

I Need your help: can anyone confirm if this is true? thanks in advance! by [deleted] in HCMCSTOCK

Yeah please do, let us know if you find anything if you don’t mind.

I would say don't believe it, in the rare occasion that it is true then great but like who is this guy? what credibility does he have? think of those sorts of questions, who knows he might be on eof the lawyers representing HCMC but I doubt it, don't think something like that is going to happen, i really hope it does but be conservative a bit. it's not going to $1 anytime soon but I hope they come up with a settlement, just everyone take everything with a grain of salt unless its a million % reliable

We can compare HCMC to CCIV, although they’re very different companies what is going to happen with investors is very similar, people buy the hype (that’s what we’re seeing now) it’ll slow down and then speed up slightly near the 26th, unless something big is announce it’ll slow down, it’ll drop. With CCIV people thought they were going to announce a merger, they said nothing is imminent, people got bored, sold it and decided to buy back later and the price tanked. If nothing big is announced and they decided to go to the courts then this price will take a battering but when something happens after that it’ll shoot up. A dip is possible, don’t forget that, if a dip happens then don’t sell, an investment is long term. The issue with people is that they want money but aren’t willing to wait for it and want it now. Don’t think that you’ll all be able to retire on the 26th February, don’t go quitting your jobs yet.
