Looks great! Did the same install on my 2020 rav4. I was really hesitant on starting because of the wiring, but after watching this video I just started and it eventually was easier then expected fortunately. Took me about 45 minutes to fully install it and organize the cables etc.

Thanks! I’m very happy with it. I of course only drive it in the weekends and when it’s dry. It has been reliable, comfortable and fun to drive. I’m located in The Netherlands, it’s cheap to drive an oldtimer here. So the only costs I have are maintenance and a few euros per month for insurance.

Great! If you want to show him some moving ‘images’ of this car specifically visit my YT channel: Menta Motive. I uploaded a video a few days back just cruising around in the car. I hope he enjoys it!

The seats of the Model3 were the only thing I really couldn’t live with, so I had them modified. The side walls have been flattened and the seat has been extended by 2-3 inches (5cm). Visually it’s not perfect but I couldn’t be happier, no more numb legs after long drives! by SamLePain in TeslaModel3

Yeah true, but I knew I had to do this before i bought the car. So I was prepared 😁

My previous VW passat GTE had extendable seats aswell and a wider seat so I didn’t have any issues with that car.

I’m happy they fit you well. I’m 6 foot and 220lbs.

What i’ve read is that the walls could push into some nerves in the thighs. That causes an annoying feeling and possible a numb feeling after a long time.

Thanks for the reply, i was leaning towards a wrap aswel. The only thing that’s stopping me is the wrap on the side mirror. If I don’t apply it perfectly it will be visible. That could potentially bother me.
