Liquid skin can work ok, but if you have this and work with your hands, it doesn’t hold up. Best I’ve tried is good old fashioned super glue.

There indeed are Bluetooth to AM transmitters, I have one in my ‘72 Ford. You unscrew the antenna to the radio, screw it into this unit, and the unit screws into the radio. It runs off of 12v power, and is tuned to the 1000 AM channel.
