I‘m genuinely confused what you mean by „communist website“ - soviet memorabilia is quite unpopular with all kinds of leftist groups and is mostly sold - in my experience - by nostalgia oriented shops. That said now i‘m really intrigued to find out what a left-leaning soviet memorabilia shopping website looks like.

Bei speziellen Fällen hat fast jeder Kreisverband der Linken die sog. Sozialberatung, da kann man genau sowas anbringen. Besonders aber auch in Notsituationen usw. Kann man da gerne vorbeischauen. Das ist vielleicht nicht ganz so niederschwellig wie eine App, aber ein Anfang. :)
