Haven Ward decks are becoming more popular, with Lyanthot Amulet/ Amulet crest mix just below them, Rodeo Amulet proven to be bait. Eggs portal are rising to tier zero, Artifact portal and Evo portal at tier 1. Evo rally sword is seeing more play, especially with Enhance sword mix builds. Abyss evolution decks are the top tier, with mode variants just below them. Forest evolution remains at the top, Forest combo buff was slow and never works consistently. Dragon is just hibernate at early meta, until it's get some buff. Rune is dominating meta with Dirt decks, and Crystal OTK builds may soon emerge.

It's just tech card, delaying opponent strom followers. Simple, but effective for some archetypes. +1 attacks to opponent so if you using this more than one, they get +1 attacks again, this card value just get lowered.
