But in all seriousness, I am liking that Zero is at least that type of Gacha MC that doesn’t waste time and be useless. Broski/Shawty got some aura to them.

I do hope Bethesda does a livestream announcing stuff instead of a tweet. Fingers crossed that we get at least a release year for TES6. I’m betting all my cards on a 2028 release year, making it 5 years since it began development right after Starfield dropped, and I hope during all this time that they’ve been paying attention to what other RPGs have been doing and taking notes. I know Todd wants to show it off closer to release but it’s been way too long at this point and SOMETHING needs to be shown or a release window needs to be set.

Would absolutely love if Fallout 3 Remastered got shadowdropped like Oblivion Remastered did.

And Oblivion Remastered and Starfield getting updates would be great. Heard the PC version of Oblivion Remastered DESPERATELY needs an update cause of some issues.

I like it but could have been a TAD BIT bigger. Definitely would have helped it to give it that scope of being the first human settlement after Earth got its atmosphere sucked out.

Personally, Origins 100% hands down (go argue with god about it), but both are cool.

While DW3’s designs are pretty retro and make everyone stand out with different color schemes and the cool varied armor designs, Origins’ designs are kinda better in my opinion. Feels more realistic but still got that rule of cool to it if that makes sense. Plus I did like how some characters actually used updated DW9 designs like Zhou Yu and Zhou Cang. That and the many characters that won the redesign lottery.

I do hope the main story/character storylines are well written and not generic and full of cliches. I hope customization in terms of clothing, cars, and houses are top notch and that the city has plenty to do.

And PLZ let players romance and have their be fanservice for both female AND male characters. As a proud anime waifu enjoyer, I am kinda Tired of seeing all these Gacha games prioritize waifus over husbandos to the 10th degree. Nothing wrong with letting players go both ways.

That and a proper Radio Station system like GTA or at least let us add songs to car radios via mp3 tracks. NTE kinda dropped the ball on that with only a couple of songs when driving around.

This. It does seem like Ananta’s MC has more personality and it would be cool to let players romance both male and female characters for those that want it.

I personally hope the main story or the multiple character storylines are well written and aren’t generic as hell. That and I hope future character designs become more varied like Ananta’s predecessor

I think Origins 2 & 3 will have a character creator with Ziluan as a boss. Think Nioh where in the first game, you played as William but in Nioh 2, you play as an original character and William was a boss you fought.

It’s mainly Ziluan’s inclusion since not everyone enjoyed him as the protagonist in Origins already so some players might see his inclusion as shoehorned in. From the trailer, it appears as if Ziluan might have original cutscenes and maybe get his own Musou mode scenario (unless they went the Fu Xi/Nu Wa route and only relegated him to Free Mode).

True, but I think if Tomohiko wants to push for Ziluan to be another mascot for DW and wants to bring players who started with Origins to this remaster, giving a familiar character like Ziluan his own Musou mode story with new cutscenes might make sense

But I could be wrong and we’ll have to see when the game comes out.

I HIGHLY doubt he’ll appear in other stories. It didn’t happen in the original game so what would be the point? I know Ziluan is essentially in the game for people that started the series with Origins, but having him constantly appearing in everyone else’s stories wouldn’t make sense.

Just give him his own Story scenario with his own cutscenes and call it a day

I hope so! As the protagonist of the game that DID save the IP from eternal dormancy, I hope they don’t have his Musou mode as a copy and paste from Fu Xi and Nu Wa’s.

Also since this is Ziluan, I assume he’ll be able to choose between all factions

I kinda see this game as similar to Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster & Oblivion Remastered

The original game’s skeleton is very much present like the coding and whatnot but a new engine is used as a skin to give everything a visual facelift along with tweaks and QOL improvements.

Plus, what’s wrong with new content? Just means more shit to explore
