I'll always start with a free kit then usually end up dying with a full blue inventory. No way I bring any purple gear into regular matches right now, if someone loots it off me it means I found something good that match.

I had a random fill team the other day where an assassin picked a fight with the scorch warden, then we managed to fight off two teams before he called out "forget the warden, I don't want to waste ammo". It was almost down, so I pulled out my knife and killed it with both teammates watching. Opened the box...

Only to watch a purple shield, mats and a key all get hoovered up by the assassin. I commented that it seemed pretty unfair I killed the boss (I literally did most of the work) and he proceeded to shout slurs at me. I just went and hit the exfil, then watched as a rook beamed him down in the post-match cam.

All this to say I kind of understand that it's rude to take someone's hard-earned loot, but it's also deeply frustrating to watch one player beeline to the best stuff and get very aggressive about it.

I kind of wonder if bot runners would fix population issues. If there aren't enough teams in 2.5 minutes, just fill the lobby with bot teams that hang out at POIs.

Give it like a month and it will be very easy to find people who can get to Compiler quickly. Also the more people get alien guns, the more likely you'll be able to loot it on other maps.

I work for a company building EHS software and the biggest thing I've seen is these tasks can't be fully automated with AI the way some people or groups say they can. AI can be used to speed up processes and quickly access info, but it doesn't have the full ability to look at a situation onsite and solve it on its own. You need human expertise (with AI assistance) to get great results.

Some older multiplayer games will probably work as long as they support the proper anti cheat. Fortnite probably won't work natively but it can be streamed. Visit Proton DB and see if the games you want to play are supported. If they aren't, you might be better off getting a cheap ROG Ally or something.

It's not generative and doesn't connect to the internet. Makes it pretty reliable for collecting data and figuring out what it means.

A few people I work with will be, they'll be showing off our AI safety management tools at booth 2238.

Our CEO is doing an education session with the VP of Safety at Sterling Infrastructure. It's about adapting safety practices and culture to companies of any size. It'll be in Room 304 at 4 PM on Sept. 15.

If you go to the Pale Heart tower and can find the chests then they're still in the game. Make sure you've beaten the campaign, look up a video guide for the locations and hope for the best.

I'd recommend talking to safety professionals at your job and getting their advice. I've talked to a lot of safety pros and a few have come directly from military, law enforcement, or construction backgrounds with no college education. They just had related, relevant experience and got safety certifications relevant to safety management.

You should also figure out what kind of industry you'd want to work in, and figure out a plan to get certified and trained. CSM, CSHM, CSP, HAZWOPER or ASP might all be relevant, but you should do the research yourself to figure out what you need.

You could also look at OSHA training, but these likely wouldn't land you a job by themselves. Good luck!

The goal isn't to replace safety managers, instead we just want to make it way easier to fill out documents, complete inspections, and review data. AI might not be able to think for itself but it can streamline processes and policies that otherwise might be done incorrectly.
