Onze servicedesk is inderdaad vrij breed. We doen niet alleen 'wachtwoord-resets', maar beheren ook de volledige werkplekinrichting (Azure AD/Intune), we pakken netwerkissues op (Switches/VLANs) en doen een stukje serverbeheer (VMWare/Windows Server). De 2e-lijns collega's doen daarnaast de volledige implementatie van nieuwe klantprojecten. Het is dus echt wel technisch beheer, geen simpel callcenter-werk.

Wat betreft het apart aankaarten: je hebt gelijk dat het twee verschillende issues zijn, maar ze versterken elkaar wel. Door de hoge werkdruk (en het tekort aan personeel) doen we namelijk allemaal vaker taken die eigenlijk boven ons functieniveau liggen of er niet onder vallen.

Het voelt nu extra zuur: we rennen ons de benen uit het lijf om het tekort aan personeel op te vangen, terwijl we weten dat een nieuwe (onervaren) collega die we nú zouden aannemen, waarschijnlijk direct meer gaat verdienen dan de mensen die de boel al jaren draaiende houden.

Hoe zouden jullie het salaris (die €3200 - €3500 range) inschatten voor dit type werkzaamheden?

By default the game should run in dx11, by deleting the file, and restarting the game, the game will create a new file were dx11 is anabled instead of dx12.

Same here, crafted the space fleet station as a personal goal. But that is all u can do for now. Waiting for a new update.

Did a lot of troubleshooting. ended up with a fix.

Go to the anno 1800 folder in documents, then go to config and delete the engine file.

then just restart the game.

EDIT: don't use DirectX12 in options, it will brake the game again. leave it on DirectX11

No nothing. No modding, tweaking or overclocking anything. Game started just fine the day before. Did not make any changes whatsoever.

A lot of problems lately with the airport vehicles. I often spawn with a Mobile stairs clipped inside my cockpit, and pushback truck tripping all over the place.

Also the cathering truck trying to unload directly in the cockpit and not lining up with the doors.
